This four-unit row house was built by George Allen in the early 1920s. The roofline of the two-story brick structure is symmetrically composed with two large front facing gables centered by a dormer. Each two-bay unit has its own porch and multi-paned entry door.

While shopping for a house back in 2008 I looked at one of these (the one on the southern end) and thought I remembered it being older, turn of the century. There was also something about these being Brodie's guest houses, built when they would have looked across Gregson St. at the pond that is now the DSA track. Can anyone verify?
